Detailed responsibilities will include working with technology managers and division heads in understanding the business needs, prioritizing open positions, and developing and executing recruitment strategies.   - Selected individual will be responsible for maturing the current technology recruitment team and coaching team members on identifying qualified candidates for technology roles, conducting candidate interviews, scheduling onsite interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers. For senior level positions, they will be expected to be very hands on in actively attracting and recruiting top talent.  - The role requires a deep understanding of inner workings of at least one fast-paced, cutting-edge SaaS or software product organization, strong technology recruitment experience, leadership skills, maturity and successful team management experience. This position reports to AVP HR based in Cvent Gurgaon location.  Position Duties:  - Work closely with both India and US based technology management to determine hiring needs of the organization  - Provide expertise and thought leadership on successful talent acquisition and management  - Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies for attracting talent with top-notch technology skills and the right personality  - Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the technology recruitment office, based on the success of the technology organization  - Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications  - Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System  - Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers  - Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly  - Network within the technology sector to develop candidate flow  - Work with local universities to establish rapport for direct hires and internships  - Other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources   Candidate Requirements:  - 10+ years of experience performing full life-cycle technology recruiting, at least 5 years of which are in a fast-paced SaaS or software product company  - Significant experience, preferably on-site, working closely with a US-based technology management team  - Ideal candidate comes from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company, or has an agency background in permanent placements   - On-campus technical recruiting experience is highly desired  - Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques, familiar with working with resume management database systems, and skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens  - Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required  - The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed  - Outstanding oral and written communication skills  - Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques  - Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team  - Ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion  - Knowledge of the following is helpful: database management systems, SQL, HTML, XML, C#, ASP.NET, IIS, JavaScript
