- Partner with business to implement the HR framework with people-centric mindset
- Hands-on HR heneralist with a strong focus on employee connects and developing engagement strategies along with business managers (key aspects include retention, re-training and improve workforce morale)
- Managing the life cycle of employees with a special focus towards identifying, grooming and retaining of the key talent among the workforce
- Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in line with the companys core values
- Benchmark and ideate newer ways of talent management programs
- Guide and coach line managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, etc
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Exposure to talent analytics - ability to create reports and analyze employee metrics
- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Design and implement smooth on-boarding for new joiners and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring
- Understand and implement 9-Box performance framework and sucession planning
Desired Skills & Experience
- MBA in HR
- 7 - 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner role within a mid-size/large organization
- Strong business acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, self-initiative, and understanding of complex business matrix structures
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management
- Relationship Building
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
