Position: Manager - HRBP

Role Summary:
The individual will be a dynamic and creative thinker, with experience in Business Partnering successfully across functions. The incumbent will be metrics driven and hence will help build a culture of accountability and a solid sense of performance-based outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications
- Establish Business Partnership to create people plans to support their big goals and objectives
- Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.
- Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs
- Proactively communicates needs with HR department and business management and seeks to provide Integrated solutions
- Establish (with the business) key metrics to evaluate success of the people strategy
- Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs Communication
- Retention and Engagement
- Help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels in Cvent
- Work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices
What You Need for this Position:
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management
- Relationship Building
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR Business Partnering, generalist environment with a rapidly growing company (IT Services/Product Software Companies)
- Experience in working with senior business leaders & with partners in specialist HR functions
- Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders
- Relationship management capabilities
