Job Description: The candidate will lead IESA Academy, Industry - Academic Partnership initiatives. The major responsibilities for this position is to manage and undertake training and skill development activities on energy storage, electric mobility and renewables for industry and government stakeholders. Pre-Requisite: - Clear understanding of the energy storage, microgrid and electric vehicle domain - Basic Knowledge on Indian and global energy sector and transport sector Job Responsibilities: - Required to identify and invite global thought leaders and experts and to carry out, international partnership - Preparation of course curriculum and coordination for collaterals and promotional materials - Manage certification exam programs for interested participants in energy storage & EV under IESA academy - Manage IESA scholarships and fellowships and Internship program. - Explore potential collaboration with industry associations and/or stakeholders (Universities, government bodies etc.) - Organising programs and training on both online and offline platforms. Also to organise Hands-on training and Lab based training - To initiate and take forward the Industry-Academic partnership - Organise dedicated training programs for government officials, utilities, state transport employees - Delegates promotion and invited global participants - Creating and delivering Industry specific trainings and partnership programs with Universities and Institutes - Understanding similar program by other organisations and learning from it - Work with partners and clients to prepare and manage training programs - Keeping track of Training materials and continuous updation - Contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) - prepare client ready presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand - Articulate findings through visually appealing / appropriate frameworks and in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct business English (both written and verbal) - Analysis of various technical and economic aspects of energy storage - The candidate should be comfortable to speak/in communicating with CXO level executives. Location: Pune, India Qualifications: - UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical, Chemical, EEE - PG: MBA, M. Tech or similar degree from reputed institution - Experience in training and skill development domain for at least 5 years - Knowledge of key domestic / international players, their areas of operations, existing and planned activities and capacities etc Additional Information: This is a full time position with 6 months of probationary period. In this capacity the candidate will be paid a fairly competitive salary with industry standards.
