We are looking for a Customer Success Partner with - years of experience, preferably from a SaaS background. The applicant should meet the below requirements.
- Ability to engage with clients and individually manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Drive account performance and achieve clients- expectations.
- Proactively assess, clarifiy, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their work flow processes and business challenges and project plan in regards to the successful implementation.
- Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal timeframe.
- Develop a strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles and recommended plan of action.
- Love to work in teams and can collaborate with internal and external teams for the best interest of the client.
- Passionate and go-getter attitude to ensure successful delivery.
- Extra-ordinary communication skills and can confidently build relationships with clients.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to inspire team.
- Self motivated to achieve targets to ensure profitable sales volume
- Strong technical background along with excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills is a must.
