As a Partner Success Manager you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and helping in scaling up their revenue from programmatic advertising
Requirement:
- Master's degree in Management or a related field from Tier 1 institutes (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth
Responsibilities :
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as their primary point of contact
- Strategic Account Management: Create and implement tailored account plans to drive growth and retention for assigned clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing client engagements with our full range of offerings
- Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.), and senior management
- Product & Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings,ensuring solutions align with evolving client needs
