Customer success manager - IIM/MDI/SP Jain/JBIMS/NITIE - Build business perspective around client business, understand business and cultural drivers - Generate key hypotheses linking behavior processes & business goals - Build a deep understanding of worxogo platforms, synthesize and deliver solutions using worxogo platforms - Take ownership of the implementation plan, independently structure work and ensure on time delivery of deliverables and results of highest quality - Deliver on time client implementations and excellent ROI for all our clients - Delivering success for client teams using worxogo platforms is the key measure for success in this role - Develop strong working relationships with senior level client management. Build and maintain excellent client relationship - Initiate, implement and drive efficiency and process standardization for customer success team - This role is an amalgamation of customer success management, relationship management, operations and product implementation. Ideal candidate will be able to understand client business and cultural processes, build strong client and internal relationships and deliver client value using worxogo technology platforms Experience: - 2-4 years post MBA - Should have worked in client relationship management, product implementation, consulting and/or process improvement domain - Exposure to digital environment and technology. Preferred experience of working in Technology space for 2 years pre or post MBA Qualification: Graduate in Engineering & MBA from IIMs, MDI, SP Jain, NITIE, JBIMS
