As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ongoing support to our clients and networking with them.
What you will do:
- Establishing clear client retention goals
- Defining success milestones for the clients and employees to work towards
- Assisting customers with setting up and navigating various programs
- Promoting the value of company's software and services
- Upselling/ Cross-selling company's software and services
- Promoting value through customer experience
- Assisting in creating training courses and educational materials
- Reviewing customer complaints and concerns and seeking to improve the customer experience
- Assisting in conducting customer workshops on a periodical basis
What you need to have:
- A bachelor or MBA degree is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role for a minimum of three years
- Working in a SAAS organization is a must
- Experience in dealing with large and mid size enterprise customers in India
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Clear grasp of digital technology stacks - APIs, middleware, ecosystems and the ability to envision solutions is a must
- Experience in working with a diverse group- Developers, Program Managers, Sales, Pre-sales
