Our client is a global consulting firm. They are working on a growth strategy project with an Indian automotive player. The automotive player has recently launched a bootstrapped venture with a vision to provide a full stack of trusted mobility solutions to Indian car owners. It has started testing out operations in Gurgaon with the offering of periodic services to vehicle owners out of their OEM warranty. The venture plans to expand product lines into the minor repairs and accessories segments in the subsequent quarters.

They are currently looking to onboard a Customer Success Manager to join the case team. The professional will be responsible for business development initiatives like lead generation, lead nurturing, customer relationship management, etc.

As a Customer Success Manager, the key responsibilities will be to:

- Help gain new customers and oversee the process of retaining existing ones

- Divide customers into different personas based on common characteristics like demographics or behaviors and personalize the approach effectively

- Setup and constantly monitor lead conversion funnel and optimize the same to match industry-best standards

- Build workflows and identify digital enablers to streamline the process

- Use existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customers

- Collaborate with design, content, and agency teams to conduct user research & ensure customer experience-driven design

- Incorporate customer & business feedback into product roadmaps, effectively negotiating tradeoffs & conflicting priorities

- Assess trends and customer behavior using web analytics to identify, analyze and implement new innovations

- Consistently analyze competitors and global industry leaders & startups to develop a deep understanding of the latest innovations, digital disruptions, and new & upcoming trends

Key skills required:

- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications

- Superior product knowledge

- A team player with leadership skills

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

The location for the opportunity will be Gurgaon and the duration of the project will be 5 months.
