Job Role:
We are looking for people who want to provide world class customer service. Our Customer Service team is our front line of support for customers and they help ensure that customers are delighted with products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1) Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to free users Understanding user's needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to move them to a paid plan.
2) Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect users.
3) Presenting and delivering information to potential users.
4) Answering user's queries and follow-up calls.
5) Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
6) Maintaining database (Hubspot, FreshSales, Google Sheets, etc.) of prospective user information.
7) Closing sales and working with users through the closing process.
8) In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language, the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
2) Persuasive and goal-oriented.
3) Self-motivated and self-directed.
4) Knowledge of end to end sales process.
5) Good to have previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience.
6) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
