Job Description :
- Set Solus's own ARR and customer success goals.
- List Solus's best practises and customer success enablers.
- Promote thorough customer adoption of all product modules.
- Taking charge of every client engagement and speaking out for them to all internal Solus teams to improve customer service.
- Managing the customer success team to increase adoption, retention, and adoption rates while fostering stronger client connections.
- Promote high client happiness, control Client NPS, and guarantee client value with Solus.
- Identify accounts that are not fully utilising the product or are likely to churn using product data, and take proactive steps to eliminate risk.
