Trainer (Partner TTT & Audits) - The hiring is for our client - Roles & Responsibilities : - Be an expert in the design, delivery, embedding and evaluation of group and one-to-one training initiatives that deliver tangible improvements in performance - Creation, implementation and facilitation of new hire and refresher training programs - Become a proficient process trainer for the given business processes - Manage a team of trainers with the partnering vendor to deliver highly effective and motivational training interventions - Conduct regular training audits and create audit reports - Maintain monthly training reports with specific business requirements - Ability to positively influence through written and face-to-face communication - Partner with leaders across the customer facing business teams, SMEs and colleagues, to plan, design and implement training solutions that enable customer service teams to delight customers - Work with external vendors in planning and delivering training initiatives - Take a structured approach to managing training plans and projects recognizing changing priorities and re-negotiating deadlines accordingly - Act as a cultural role model demonstrate standards in behavior in every interaction with partners and stakeholders. Experience & Skills : - Education - Bachelor's degree or higher preferred - Professional certification in training/TTT is desired - 6-8 years of experience in Customer Service training - Experience of leading a team of trainers - Experience of working with partners or vendors for training delivery - Experience of delivering and managing training in a customer service environment
