Managing the call center operations ( Customer Service).  - Have a span which comprises of Inbound & Outbound Campaign including Resolution team  - Presenting weekly and monthly reviews to HOD and CEO in regards to process performance  - Also responsible to conduct interview to fulfill the headcount requirement for the process.  - Monitoring of Abandon % and ensure the maximum contact rate and maintaining the ACHT of the team.  - Takes care of all customer escalations by providing timely revert to all queries with the help of support staff and direct coordination with all teams ( Production, SCM, sourcing, Finance, IT, marketing etc).  - Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with SCM, IT, marketing & Finance teams to ensure effective and timely resolutions for customer query.  - Maintaining the attrition and shrinkage level in the process.  - Regular team meetings with TL's and FTE's to review the team performance.  - Get regular feedbacks from Quality team regarding team performance and actively participate in call calibrations with QA & Team Leader.  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
