Customer Service & Logistic Manager -- LFS ( Modern Trade ) -- Pan India Role
Job Role :
- Single Point of Contact for Modern Trade Customers for Supply Chain aspects.
- Part of Customer Development Team entrusted with accomplishing business objectives while furthering customer service
- Monitoring service aspects of Modern Trade customers like fill rates and ensuring continuous improvement thereon
- Championing special initiatives w.r.t. Modern Trade customers like IT usage, OSA, Inventory reduction etc
- Co-ordination with internal stake holders like CS&L, KAMs etc to ensure overall improvement
- Ability to challenge status quo and ensure implementation of identified opportunities
