- Responsible for Customer Service - Activation & Retention, customer engagement programs, service plans.
- Handling National Corporate & Enterprise accounts.
- Handle Activation & Documentation.
Desired Profile:
- 7+Year of Experience in Customer Service.
- Strong in Customer Relationship, Corporate Service, retention, service delivery and Assurance.
- Work with Account Managers, pre and post sales.
- Local language is a must.
