The CSD focuses on understanding customer problem ( thus domain and speaking the customer language is key ! ), finds solution to it and convinces the customer why his solution is better than the competitor's !

Thus he is key to monetising our product and its functionality !

Key skill for the CSD is problem-solving :

- Managing customer, customer success

- Provide solution to client problems

Background :

- Exp in multiple on site core banking implementation

- Strong banking domain exp

- Techno functional background

- Hands on core banking like, Flexcube, Temenos, Finacle

- Good knowledge on Central banking working
