To deliver the right customer experience for existing customers
By defining the desired experience across all touch points through communication (from prospecting to advocacy with objective of achieving preferred brand status)
To support implementation of the customer experience initiative and act as frontline resource alongwith the customer service team for service delivery initiatives/communication
- To design the customer experience across all sale/service touch points to ensure consistency & uniqueness of experience
- To devise the customer communication strategy & drive implementation
- Service Communication Supervision
Qualifications, Number of years of experience:
- MBA with around 7-8 years of experience
Essential:
- Should have worked in a similar function/role – experience in Customer Service Communication role in the financial services industry (preferably in Life/General Insurance/Banking) or Telecom
- Strong knowledge about Customer Service Communication Tools/CRMs/Service Campaign Management
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to drive people (different entities and stake holders) towards common objectives
- The ability to be part of a performing team
- Take initiative and work independently
Salary - Upto 16 lacs pa
