Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end requirements of high-profile customers
- Be comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, accessible, and open manner
- Balance customer needs with feasibility of internal operations
- Report to the management about customer feedback, analyse important data such as re-order%, payment timelines and overall satisfaction with our product
Ideal Candidate:
- Good communication in English
- Customer Relationship Management
- MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Interpretation of reports generated from Data Analytics team
