Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for our real estate operations.
- Identify key objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for CRM initiatives.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of a detailed customer database.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data.
- Track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage clients and prospects effectively.
- Coordinate real estate property tours and events.
- Gather customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement improvements based on feedback.
- Manage and optimize CRM software and tools.
- Train team members on CRM system usage.
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance, sales pipeline, and customer engagement.
