The job responsibilities will include :

- Overall responsibility of driving excellence in sustenance processes of CRM DMS viz. Training, deployment, support and Sustenance.

- Interface with Project team, deployment team, Dealer Development Manager and the concerned Sales and Service Managers for finalizing the overall roll out plan in the particular Region

- To participate in the Change Management Process and work with the Dealers about the benefits of deploying the CRM/DMS process

- Dealer hand holding post go-live by conducting frequent application training for org. and dealer personnel.

- Track usage of the application through post deployment usage reports and ensure that the data is percolated to enforce compliance of the application by the dealerships.

- Help troubleshoot any issues escalated by regional team and dealerships. Identify problems and facilitate related change to ensure usage of the CRM/DMS

Desired Candidate:

- CRM/DMS Process knowledge & deployment management

- Knowledge of sales and aftermarket processes preferably for Automobiles

- Decision making & problem solving skills

- Good training and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical ability
