About our Client - Our client is a leading FMCG company that has a wide range of world class & leading in innovation products. They are keen to deepen their Customer operations footprint. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Customer Operations Manager to fuel and sustain the growth for India

Job Description - Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Customer Marketing for all Channels, CD Operations and Modern Trade Key Account Management. He will be responsible end-to-end for all Customer and Shopper engagements and will lead a team including MT KAM, CD Ops manager and Customer Marketing manager as direct reports. As part of the role the individual will also be a key member of the Global OOH team and represent the Indian Customer Marketing Initiatives to all other regions.

2. Define CD Strategy by Channels

3. Set up a best in class Customer Marketing Structure.

4. Develop the Vending Channel Business Plans

5. Part of Global OOH Team on running Global CD Initiatives in India.

6. QGP and Annual Planning

7. Define the MT Channel Strategy for the Category.

8. Lead the MT KAM on - Engagement & TOT agreements with National and Regional Chains - Customer Marketing Plans - Category Captaincy - Instore Execution

9. Define the Strategic agenda and Lead execution through CD Ops Manager on - Perfect Store - iQ & i MAPS - RS CBP

10. Lead the Channel Managers on - Leisure Channel Opportunity and Business Model - Mine Shopper & Channel Insights in GT/ MT for business building Category specific plans.

- In-Store Excellence in Activation and delivery of CMP and brand standards.

- Category Management and Planning for Assortment, Planograming etc.

- POS Visibility Planning for all Channels.

11. Lead CD Operations with overall TTS Budget Management and Trade Activation responsibility.

- Bachelor's degree required. MBA is preferred. - Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers.

- Jobs involving quick decision making - Has good track record when it comes to delivering results (academic/ professional).

- Jobs involving extensive oral communication, people interaction & negotiation Desirable:

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment. Preferably FMCG.

- External customer interaction.

- Experience of jobs involving active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
