- Customer Marketing/ Sales Development / Trade marketing -portfolio NPD Team-Mumbai

- Based in Mumbai

- portfolio addition & discontinuation and will ensure that we cross-functionally align & deliver Revenue growth management targets as a company

- Product development/changes for all Channels -Define & coordinate the product development process for all product portfolio changes

- New product introduction, product renovation, Product packaging, product cost optimizations etc

- Evaluate and review product portfolio changes, evaluate performance Drive cross functional agility work with Manufacturing, R&D, quality, finance, procurement, marketing & sales to ensure all inputs, deliverables and timelines are met

- New SKUs to be introduced across domestic - general trade, e-Com, exports, etc for growth

- Changes in SKUS to be made - packaging size/configuration changes, cost optimization etc
