JOB PURPOSE:
- Act as think tank for regional sales teams, activate and influence regional sales leadership
- Influence regional sales leadership by developing and communicating the regional plans
DIMENSIONS OF THIS ROLE:
- Matrix interface across departments for day to day business needs
- Marketing - Brand teams
- Sales - ASEs/ABMs/BM
- Support functions - Legal, Finance, Logistics, Procurement etc
Budgets:
- Control, deploy and maintain hygiene across budget pools - Trade Marketing, Collateral and Display budgets.
Candidate profile required:
Business & functional knowledge : Knowledge of the FMCG industry, esp. sales & distribution channels. Should be comfortable interacting with agencies/ vendors
Experience: MBA from a top tier B-school with 4-5 years of sales experience (at least one ASM stint) preferably in an FMCG-MNC. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
