Position : Customer Marketing Manager

Location : Delhi/NCR

Job Purpose :

- Make brand campaigns larger than life at the point of purchase by amplifying the single minded campaign proposition.

- Activate relevant / multiple touch-points in store so that the brand engages and wins with target shoppers.

- Activate all general trade channels with relevant activations to achieve desired off-take and distribution objectives.

- Identify and activate key business drivers that will increase brand availability, stock depth and off take. Develop a TM strategy and identify opportunities to drive brand growth at the - Top, Middle & Bottom of the Pyramid.

- Driving insights based promotions i.e. on an average there would be 5-6 different promos running in a year on the portfolio. Ensuring that all these promos are meeting the brand objectives and end-to-end delivery will be a critical deliverable which will require meticulous planning.

- Develop an annual business calendar and classify initiatives basis Star framework. Share with stakeholders and secure agreement periodically.

- Circulate PP trackers for all key initiatives and follow up to ensure they meet/ exceed PP scores.

- Planning & executing insights based POS activations

- Ensuring all new launches are supported with a detailed BTL plan i.e. developing the launch plan-volume targets, distribution targets, mega BTL drive and visibility coverage plans, insights based activation, shopper based communication on visibility elements etc

- ROI evaluation on all inputs to maximize returns i.e. in-depth analytical analysis to evaluate all investments made in BTL promotions.

- To manage and invest category budgets across promos, visibility, activations, channel programs etc to deliver sales.

Experience Required :

- 5-8 yrs FMCG experience

- The incumbent will need to be a very high professional from Sales and Marketing background as he / she will be responsible to our Market Share and Sales Growth agenda.

- Planning and designing the current and future BTL investments to deliver and exceed our business objectives will be a high focus for the incumbent.
