- To proactively construct & develop FS products as per business plan

- Setting up system and process environment for management

- Manage & lead expectations of FS strategy, as well as understanding the existing product placement and derive a suitable strategy for the organisation in regards of Financial Services

- Analyse the customer segments & derive a suitable strategy for FS penetration

- Responsible for system & process for FS in the set up environment

- Responsible for analysing the business plan jointly with captive & derive the correct strategy

- Establish contacts with the market financiers & generate reports on different aspects of CV business

- Responsible to create and maintain the database of market financiers

- Responsible to derive a suitable strategy for other financial products

- Portfolio management with financiers
