- Our Monday mornings kick start with tribal gatherings, where you meet your tribe members (Tribe is basically like a group) to discuss your observation or new ideas over the weekend. Its usually a relaxed environment where we want to bring out the best ideas out of your minds.

- You do not have any one boss, so typically if you come and work with us, you would never face the trouble of managing your boss!

What are we looking for?

- Well, all said it isn't very easy to be a part of our team. But interestingly we are not looking for conventional profiles. You could be Harvard graduate or a college drop out, but you may demonstrate either via your blog, experience, or any writeup that you have the enthusiasm to generate ideas, have had some interesting experiences in life and love interacting with people.

- Furthermore, you need to be observant and have an ability to derive insights from your observations.

- So an undergraduate degree from any institution is not a pre-requisite but good to have. For people having advanced qualification & experience may be considered for senior roles.
