Enphase is the leading company in micro-inverters and its roadmap extents to delivering a complete Home Energy System with Inverter, AC-Battery, Control unit with energy consumption metering, data collection and analysis via a cloud-based service. Enphase is the leading brand in US for micro-inverters and now is foraying into other global markets as well.
India is a very strategic market for Enphase globally. We are searching for a candidate,- who works alongside the regional and global teams as well as the cross functional teams to develop, drive and manage internal and external customers across India.
Job Description
- Candidate will be aiding entire Customer experience for the digital business unit at Enphase. This position is based out of the Enphase office in Bangalore, India.
- Will obsess about customer experience across the customer lifecycle
- Manage internal & external customers
- Responsible for driving client results and retention, identifying client needs, establishing trust, developing solutions, and maintaining regular, effective communication across teams
- Will be responsible to oversee and optimise the call centre operations for lead nurturing
- Cross-functional coordination to keep customer above all
- Responsible for gathering customer insights and testimonials
- Fully accountability for Online reputation manager for India business
- Will support colleagues in optimizing lead closure across the funnel with a eye on experience throughout.
- Lead scoring to improve output
- Lead the NPS program from India business across all touchpoints
- Liaison with solar installers to ensure timely site commissioning
The ideal candidate should have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, thrive in high-pressure situations and of course, this person should believe in the potential growth of solar, as an industry.
Desired Qualifications:
- MBA from Tier 1 institute of India or globally will be preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Stellar communications skills with ability to own things end to end.
- Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
- Ability to be successful in a complex, globally scaled product, sales, and engineering environment.
- Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, managing internal stakeholders, and presenting to executives
- Ability to roll up your sleeves to ideate and come up with solutions and see them through to the finish line.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in dealing with a dynamic business environment
- Strong receptivity to feedback and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong project management skills required and an aptitude with software and technology is a must
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and communication plans a plus
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
