Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to support sales activities within the customer sales life cycle and lead generation.
Attending to inbound calls and emails from customer end.
Responsible to manage CRM systems to ensure that call tracks are maintained.
Responsible to categorize customer request and problems and attended them within stipulated time frame as per protocol defined.
Will be responsible to proactively engage customers in the programs and offer them meaningful solutions and services as per their order request.
Create / coordinate the delivery of the material as Job Aids.
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of experience.
The person has to deal with a basket of products to the same customers.
Experience in Banking, Finance or KPOs will be an added advantage.
