RESPONSIBILITIES : - Leveraging a wide range of data analysis, machine learning and statistical modeling algorithms and methods to solve business problems in the area of Marketing analytics - Generating deep insights through the analysis of data and understanding of operational processes and turn them into actionable recommendations. - Performing advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance - Building and deploying prototype solutions to demonstrate ideas and prove concepts - Understanding of business terms &amp; requirements REQUIREMENTS : - 4+ years- experience developing predictive models, forecasting models and/or machine learning algorithms in a large-scale in Python&nbsp; - Total years required - 5-9 years - M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related quantitative field - Demonstrated history of working on CVM (customer value management) models, customer segmentation and customer churn etc. using advanced analytics and ML techniques. - Proven experience in deriving insights using customer behavioral segmentation to get a better understanding about various revenue generating traits like propensity to up-sell, migrate or churn. - Must have with 4+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to code complex programs in SQL and Machine Learning techniques like Python - Must have demonstrated experience working with production-type applications and full knowledge of the code development lifecycle (Dev, Test, Prod) - Good Communication and Analytical skills ; confident enough to be in a client facing role.
