Customer Advocate- Financial Services
The“Customer advocacy” team@ Wooqer drives the DIY nature of the platform for groups and in turn represents their voice at Wooqer – “Unfiltered”. A Customer Advocate is a hands-on “entrepreneur in the field” and comes up with new ways of solving problems at the customers in context of Wooqer.
- The Customer Advocate supports customers and enables them to discover and derive value from the platform, thus facilitating platform adoption @ customers.
- In order to be successful in the Role of a Customer Advocate, you’ll have above average intelligence as a primary skill-set. You can see yourself constantly evaluating and solving new and challenging problems around people and processes and coming up with alternative solutions which you would have the ability to compose and present with great spoken and written skills and exemplary persuasion, persistence and conviction.
- As a person, you see yourself as someone who takes individual responsibility and does end to end follow through to achieve pre-decided outcomes. You have a pleasing personality with the ability to collaborate in and handle sensitive situations and relationships. You probably enjoy getting into the depth of facts and understanding all aspects of an issue before getting into a discussion around it. You are someone known for your energy and passion and are usually able to transmit this energy to those around you.
- You can be coming from customer interfacing stints in Consulting or Financial Services, Internet with individual, hands-on responsibility. You’ll have 2-6 years of outcome -based work experience in India or overseas.
- You’d have an MBA or equivalent in any discipline from a premier institute and/or an undergrad in a professional course. Engineering/technical background shall be a plus. We encourage people with outstanding academics to apply irrespective of experience.
