JD :
- Managing the channel partner and their people to drive the sales keeping in check with the company parameters.
- Identifying Potential of allocated accounts and strategy formation to break in to accounts.
- The role is more into channel management with a bit of account management and acquiring new clients.
- Driving Enterprise Mobility responsible for Data, Voice, and New Products & Solution Selling.
- Account Management & Enterprise Service - Ensuring we deep dive in the top accounts and the listed accounts so as to give solutions as required by the customer and also to service them.
- Identifying and implementing strategies for building Team effectiveness.
- Creating R & R Programs for team members to keep them Motivated & to have healthy competition.
- Weekly and Monthly Review to keep them aware of what went well, highlights, misses and deciding way forward.
- Ensuring Channel partner's profitability by keeping an overview of overall business and at the same time helping him in day to day transactions.
- Keeping him aware of all the business policies and incentives schemes to ensure business effectiveness and to get desired results.
- Proactively preparing the monthly planner giving week wise & day wise commitments and ensuring achievement of the same so as to avoid month ending pressure and have a smooth flow.
