We are looking for senior professional for the role of Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis with Cushman & Wakefield at Gurgaon.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading financial planning & analysis for Cushman & Wakefield's India business. This position is responsible for driving the financial performance review to deliver strategic plans, revenue/costs analysis and monitoring, and providing decision support to the management. This role is also a key contributor to the creation and implementation of the annual budget, monthly budget tracking, forecasting & reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You will lead the FP&A team providing Management Reporting and Analytical support to the Senior Management of Company working closely with controller ship team, HR and Business Heads
Key responsibilities: -
- Manage all financial reporting & analysis for the company
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards
- Provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for presentation to office leaders, service line leaders and senior management
- Provide analytical and strategic insights to various stakeholders through monthly KPI dashboards & meaningful commentaries
- Provide business commentary on variances to budget/ forecast/ prior year, thereby enabling the management to make strategic decisions
- Preparation of Monthly Operating Review dashboards/reports and business review presentations
- Review and analyse historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to business
- Review and analyse performance of key strategic initiatives and include necessary commentary for variances to Op Plan assumptions
- Manage and coordinate long term Strategic Plans, annual operating plans and monthly forecasting process
- Reduce the reporting cycle, streamlined and automated business performance dashboards and various other reports
- Engage with CFO India and Business Leadership to Improve current procedures and shared best practices within the team
- Responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with group management reporting requirements.
About you:
- Analytical and commercial mindset, relevant experience in decision support, analytics or financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in the Services sector.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
- MBA in Finance / CA
- Ability to develop financial reports, pro-forma financial statements, special analyses, and informational reports as requested
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to gather and analyse disparate data in order to prepare meaningful analysis of the business
- - Hands-on- personality with strong attention to details and accuracy
- Significant experience in operational and process management
- Global operational management experience highly desired
- Experience with creating profit and loss projections needed for current year as well as strategic analysis
- Proven ability to manage and monitor operating plans
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong computer (MS Excel, MS Power Point) and systems knowledge (Essbase, HFM)
