- Managing any outstanding Receivables

- Overall Responsibility of Deal Deliverables

- Should know Finance & Investment

- Investment Banking Knowledge preferable

- Should have knowledge of Real Estate

- Client Handling & Business Development

- Financial Modeling, PPT, Excel

Education:

- BBA+MBA OR Engineering +MBA, CA

Experience:

- 8-12 years

- Should have been part of Real Estate transactions

- Should have some developer relationships

- Should have Real Estate Financing Transaction Experience

- Relationships with Banks, NBFC's, Real Estate PE funds Pref.
