POSITION PURPOSE :

- In this role, the right candidate will assist in the next evolution of our CRM platform through his knowledge and experience and passion towards data . Getting this right is critical to ensuring that data points shall enable company to make better decision The right candidate will elevate the importance of capturing the right data to make better business decision

Key Accountabilities : 

Responsibilities will include:

- Implement and manage processes to ensure structured on-boarding for data team members

- Responsible for quality assurance for data projects

- Specialize in collecting, organizing and analyzing data from various systems

- Identify and document data migration paths and processes

- Develop and perform standard queries to ensure data quality, identify data inconsistencies, missing data and resolve as needed

- Carry out analysis and validation of Customer Data prior to processing by leveraging existing data models within an industry standard data modeling suite.

- Apply existing knowledge and internal best practice to build on existing data models to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, constraints and accuracy of output.

- Accurately enhance customer data using proprietary techniques, systems and existing data library.

- Manage customer requirements and ensure they are processed and applied appropriately

- Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including customer documentation, manuals etc. are kept up to date and are available.

- Create, adapt and develop Customer Dashboards to ensure that all available information is displayed aesthetically whilst ensuring accuracy and understandability

- Collaborate on overall self-serve strategy

- Contribute to the team's effort to consistently deliver a delightful support experience

Qualification and Key Requirements

- 6 + Years of experience as data analyst

- University Degree

- Stellar written and verbal communication skills

- Self driven with experience in large enterprise environment

- Experience in Agile development methodology

- Experience or exposure to Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) for Salesforce Integration projects

- Experience to Salesforce Reports & Dashboards

- Hard Skills - Microsoft Excel (Expert User), Microsoft Word (Advance User)

- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce.com preferred; Sales Analytics Applications, Tableau or Power BI preferred

- SQL

- Methodical - orderly or systematic in thought or behavior

- Analytical - ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Emotionally Intelligent - the capability of individuals to recognize their own, and other people's emotions, to discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and to manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt environments

Bonus Points: 

- Experience with handling enterprise software - Salesforce

- Experience using Jira and Confluence
