- Focus on execution of Valuation & Advisory services across various client segments - Corporations, Developers, Funds, Banks, NBFCs and Government Bodies.
- Has in-depth exposure to various aspects of Property Valuations in asset classes such as Land, Residential, Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties.
- Should have experience in valuing properties with different valuation methodologies such as Sales Comparable method, Discounted Cash Flow method, Residual Method and Income Capitalization method; as the case may be.
- Other than valuations, has experience in real estate advisory assignments such as market assessment & sales price estimation, techno-economic viability (TEV) studies, highest and best use analysis, sale & lease-back analysis, etc.
- Preparation of real estate feasibility reports for various real estate asset classes.
- Street Smart who has good contacts with Brokers & Agents
- Valuation of several land parcels using the sales comparison method and Discounted Cash Flow method.
- Valuation of stake of several Real Estate funds using Net Asset Value method.
