5+ years Commercial Real Estate Brokerage / Account Management experience

- Exposure to multi-national firms and their working practices

- Proven experience in working with multiple resources on multiple projects and assignments

Qualifications

Job Summary

The role of the C&W Account Management team is to support C&W corporate clients in APAC with the aim of driving value from the occupied real estate portfolio. The Transaction Management team will proactively analyse the portfolio for opportunities, once identified, the team must then work to ensure that the implementation of specific assignments throughout the APAC region are completed to a high quality and in accordance with agreed governance protocols.

Key purpose: To deliver tactical aspects of specified projects. To ensure process compliance and quality standards are maintained. To be single point of contact for the client(s), answering queries and responsible for the quality of service delivered by the account management team.

Day to day responsibilities will be (but not be limited to):

- General Approach

Acts to exceed client care expectations and encourage others to do the same.

Has in-depth understanding of client contracts and seeks to deliver to agreed service levels.

Delivers to the account plan and within agreed resource levels

Interprets client needs and translates into action plans.

Anticipates/proposes new solutions, directs quarterly reviews and attends ad-hoc client meetings as required.

Takes leading role in educating clients on issues as they arise.

Acts promptly to maintain client care and investigate complaints, coaching team as applicable.

Actively considers alternative approaches.

Creates and manages business opportunities

Brings innovation from wider market/C&W and assists with implementation.

Accountable for tools and processes adopted, monitoring their effectiveness and considering/deciding on alternative approaches to ensure optimal efficiency.

Develop strong relationships with counterparts at clients. Network with this peer group.

Links in with sector group to recognize opportunities and support pitch requirements.

- Transaction Management

Coordinates all projects within remit and coordinates larger and riskier projects as applicable, where applicable in associate with the Account Lead or other Account Manager(s).

- Delivers RFS and monitors the performance of brokers/other associate roles.

- Takes responsibility for compliance, quality and supervision.

- Oversees analytical processes, breaking down into manageable chunks.

- Acts to meet targets, minimize risk and improve ongoing performance.

Is mindful of how committing to additional scope increases time and reduces account profitability.

Ensures invoicing in accordance with schedules agreed. Monitor debtors and chase payment in association with Account Lead or Manager

Accountable for escalating account profitability concerns to Account Lead.

To ensure contract requirements including governance are met.

Maintain daily/weekly contact as required, providing regular progress reports on current transactions

Inputs data regularly to agreed timescales and manages the information as the project progresses.
