Cushman & Wakefield - Head - Business Development - West Region

Job Description:

- Responsible of the region's P&L

- Acquiring new business (Construction management projects)

- Heading a team of 40+ people

- Managing operations of the region

- Direct reporting to the India Managing Director

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Real Estate (mandatory)

- Developer/Corporate relationships in the region

- Should have experience in managing teams

- Prior business development experience

- Should have sound technical base (project management + construction management)

- Experience in managing P&L of a business
