Cushman & Wakefield - Commercial Manager

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Command over MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point Presentation

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to interact independently with APAC/global team

- Ability to review contract documents from semi legal/commercial perspective in co-ordination/consultation with operations team.

- Should co-ordinate with legal team for legal review of contracts

- Independently Work on BTR (Business Tender Review) documents and co-ordinate with various stakeholders for approvals based on DOA.

- Work on periodical MIS/management reports

- Assist/advice/recommend operations team in increasing operational efficiencies/process improvements.

- Candidate with prior experience in Real Estate sector will be an added advantage

Educational qualification:

MBA or Company Secretary
