You will be key member of India Occupier Services team which leads integrated sales for key clients across 6 major service segments within Cushman and Wakefield in India
- Assist Head of IOS and MD for Transactions in their day to day operations.
- Act as the insight sales hub
- Lead generation through data scrubbing - analyze existing client databases and information to provide as input for lead generation from the existing client list
- Leverage Social Media Portals to connect with key people in target firms
- Provide research support on target industries (and clients) by market sizing the opportunity, identifying target companies, people to connect with etc.
- Make presentations for key meetings and pitches
- Act as a custodian of key client data, create account plans, case studies follow up on progress with sales leads
- Work on special projects on needs basis - Eg. Sales force implementation
- Prepare monthly sales forecast, reports on new client wins, monthly progress dashboards
- Will require someone with a flair for secondary research and analytical capability, ability to quickly understand vast piece of information and convert that into sharp and concise documents/ppts.
- Good presentation making skills, writing skills and strong command on all MS office products.
- Speed, strong follow up and ability to ownership for end to end delivery of assigned duties will be key
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Marketing or equivalent
