Key Accountability :
- Proven ability of interfacing with clients and developers/ landlords
- Project Management/ Construction related skill sets
- Client handling skills
- Having experience of meeting client deadlines
- Business generation through direct and indirect (third party broker- s) and implementation of client requirements to meet Landlord expectations
- Effectively managing and motivating a team
- Participating at National and International Events for Project Promotion
- Shaping and Customizing Project Marketing Plans for different projects
- Team Review & Target Meets
- Developing business generation sources and clients (Tapping existing C&W's International Network, IPC's and Local Broker Channels, Chambers of Commerce, Architects, etc.)
- Apt is extensive outdoor traveling and direct corporate marketing skills
- Persuasive and Follow Up Skills with team and clients
- Financial (Quantitative), Analytical, Technical and Legal Comparative for shortlisted options
- Negotiations with Customized and Solution Oriented Approach to meet expectations of Landlords / Developers. Require Detailed Financial and Analytical Skills to compare options and provide positive decision making approach by convincing clients on their decision of property.
- Documentation (liaising with solicitors)
Qualification : MBA in Marketing / Finance
Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience :
Skills : Negotiation, Client handling skills, Networking, Ability to manage and close the entire Transaction Life Cycle
Desired Knowledge : Commercial Market
Experience : Total experience of 10 to 12 years, At least 8 years experience in Transactions Management.
