Job Title - Area Manager
Division/Department - Land & Industrial
Location - Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate will manage and control the entire transaction cycle for land and industrial including business development
Major Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients including corporate, developers, landlords through business development and generate land & industrial requirements as well explore business opportunity for other service lines in C&W
- Follow up with existing clients for land & industrial requirements
- Networking with Developers, land aggregators, investors and landlords
- Should be able to implement the process for transaction management seamlessly for the client and execute transactions - land acquisition, land disposition, structure Joint development of land between landlord and developer, lease of factory, lease of warehouse space.
- Interact with government departments related to land allotment to secure land for clients as per their requirement.
- Work on Request For Proposal
- Make cold calls to meet new landlords / developers/corporate.
- Tracking availability of land & industrial properties on Sale or lease or Joint development
- Strategies negotiations with clients & Landlords
- Financial Analysis
- Build and manage client relationship and create pipeline for business.
- Customize service offering to meet client expectations
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing/Finance or any equivalent degree
Work Experience
- Minimum Experience - 5 to 7 Yrs. in a Sales and Client Management Background
- Minimum 3 years- experience in Land transactions and/or Real Estate across Asset Classes in Bangalore
- Candidate should have contact/interacted with developers in Bangalore and should give reference of at least 2 prominent developers.
