SME : Curriculum Development - Analytics/ML/DS - Edtech Startup (6 days working, WFO) Client - Edtech Startup Location - Bangalore Work timings - normal day shift Working days - 6 days (Mon-Sat) Note - it's an office-based job, no more work from home Job Responsibilities : - Headend to the end learning experience of data science and Data analytics career track and related courses - Manage team to design and build best in class employment-focused learning products - Recruit, mentor, and train associates in the student success team - Work with other Learning Experience teams such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, and Corporate Partnerships to drive over action plans - Own key metrics such as NPS/CSAT to drive student satisfaction and career impact for learners - Develop processes around the best practices in content creation, online/blended learning models, assessment, evaluation, and delivery and help institutionalize those practices - Managing Industry experts, mentors and Placement partners to develop and deliver best in a class learning experience - Coordinate with industry experts or companies to define and structure the curriculum according to industry needs and plan end to end delivery - Manage and own post-publishing activities like content feedback analysis, learning analytics, students- performance analysis in interviews/tests to measure students learning and content efficacy, develop a vision and curriculum for new programs - by conducting in-depth SME (Subject Matter Experts) interviews, research on TG (Target Group) to develop compelling course content - Create engaging learning activities to increase the learning experience of the students Develop and maintain academic policies and standards for mentors/TA/curriculum team - Ensure content created and curated is free of the copyrighted material - Lead and manage the Delivery team to ensure smooth Operation of Programs - Evolve the curriculum with time to ensure that content is up to the industry standards to ensure the high placement percentage - Provide academic insights to develop products to enhance customer engagement and placement performance - Design learning objectives, structure learning activities, online competition/leagues to increase student engagement - Be responsible for devising modes of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, real-life projects to measure the effectiveness of the course - Identify and onboard SMEs through multiple channels, and engage them in content creation/teaching activities and maintain relationships with them. - Conduct project planning and budgeting - Build and implement processes to drive efficiencies and reduce costs Ideal Candidate : - A passion for keeping up with the latest in Data Science and Machine Learning communities and teaching concepts to students - B.Tech/M.Tech/ PhD/ MSc/MCA in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or Engineering (IITs) - 2-5 years of industry experience in Data analytics and data science - Expert in Python Programming - pandas, NumPy, scipy, matplotlib, Machine Learning, data analytics, SQL, EXCEL, visualization tools such as PowerBi, Tensor flow - Excellent knowledge of learning theories and curriculum planning skills - Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills
