Subject Expertise:

- Thorough knowledge of the subject to be taught and its background.

- 5+ years of experience in the areas of learning technology.

- Experience in Adult learning and Curriculum and Development in Edtech or training.

- We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers.

Responsibilities:

- Creating subject-specific, lesson plans, audiovisual content and resources

- Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content.

- Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate

- Growth mindset and ability to receive feedback on content with an open mind

- Strong problem solving and communication abilities; being organized and efficient

- Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things; keen to constantly innovate for our students

- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment
