About Cureyo

Cureyo is an upcoming healthcare technology platform that connects patients to their doctors and assists in treatment. We are operational in Hyderabad and are looking to aggressively expand nation-wide. We are also quickly expanding the service lines to cater to strategically adjacent areas.

Cureyo is founded by Chaitanya, an IIMA graduate with experience as a strategy consultant with Booz & Co. and across mid-senior positions at InMobi. Our founding team includes doctors and specialists with a combined experience of over 200 years.

Manager, Business Development

Key responsibilities :

- We are an aggressive team with a ready-to-launch product and are looking for a Manager, Business Development who will help us scale and grow aggressively. The specific responsibilities include:

- Independently develop and manage the outreach strategy across various specializations of doctors

- Help refine value propositions for doctors

- Develop and continuously improve commercial schemes for doctors

- Manage the end to end on-boarding of doctors

- Source contacts of doctors

- Pitch to doctors over phone and schedule meetings to discuss proposal

- Drive follow-up and conversion

- On-board doctors on platform assist operations team in getting doctors started

- Periodically maintain communication with doctor to drive upselling

- Manage the BD pipeline tracking communications, success rates, etc.

- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to continuously enhance the product and offering

Who are we looking for :

- We want a rockstar who can manage BD operations independently. Some of the qualities we are looking for include:

- 2-3 years of experience prior experience in doctor related sales will be a big plus

- Basic understanding of clinical specializations is a must

- Contacts/ network in the medical community - specifically physicians and specialist doctors

- Excellent oral communication skills

- Solid interpersonal skills

- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit

- Passion to work for a start-up and build something great

Compensation : Market competitive salary with ESOPS and best in market performance linked bonus (monthly)
