About Cureyo

Cureyo is an upcoming healthcare technology platform that connects patients to their doctors and assists in treatment. We are operational in Hyderabad and are looking to aggressively expand nation-wide. We are also quickly expanding the service lines to cater to strategically adjacent areas.

Cureyo is founded by Chaitanya, an IIMA graduate with experience as a strategy consultant with Booz & Co. and across mid-senior positions at InMobi. Our founding team includes doctors and specialists with a combined experience of over 200 years.

Associate, Operations & Customer Experience

Key responsibilities :

We are an aggressive team with a ready-to-launch product and are looking for a Manager, Operations & Customer Experience who will help us manage and streamline end-to-end customer service process.

The specific responsibilities include:

- Understand the product and set-up a detailed process around the same

- Manage day to day operations which will include:

- Receiving calls from patients / doctors

- Fixing appointments

- Ensuring service fulfillment

- Obtaining feedback

- Follow-up and reminders

- Maintain an invoice register and reconcile the same with call-log

- Continuously refine and optimize the customer experience cycle to improve repeat usage

- Conduct usage analysis by doctors and patients to determine key issues / insights and suggest actions with regards to improvement in the product or processes

- Refine the company outreach and operations strategy jointly with the team based on data usage, issues faced, etc.

Who are we looking for :

- We want a rockstar who can manage end-to-end processes with little support. Some of the qualities we are looking for include:

- 1+ years of experience - prior experience in customer service will be preferred

- Excellent oral communication skills

- Solid interpersonal skills

- Proficient with MS excel

- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit

- Passion to work for a start-up and build something great

- Willingness to learn

- Flexibility and enthusiasm to explore areas out of comfort zone
