Cure.fit - Quality Assurance Manager

- Drive the quality and fit of apparel and ensure that the standards are met and exceeded through all stages of development and bulk.

- Drive quality process from raw materials to finished product, maintain process checks to ensure final product quality is maintained.

- Work collaboratively with buying and design to create new tech packs in line with departmental timelines and quality standards.

- Carry out full preparation for fit sessions: assess the sample to review garment construction and measurement check.

- Actively conduct fit sessions, collate feedback and pass on to the factories.

- Support design and suppliers by proactively offering focused solutions to technical problems encountered during development and production improvement.

- Inline and end line inspection of goods to ensure AQL standards.

- Ensure the fit process is complete within the target dates and any amendments do not impact - on time- delivery.

- Set up the process of Quality assurance of raw materials and in process assurance to have defect-free output.

- Build a Quality Manual for the Brand Cult with quality standards at par or above International Brands.

Candidate should have the following skill set/experience -

- Significant work experience 8-10 plus years in QA/Patternmaking.

- Experience of working in a major clothing retailer or manufacturer.

- Demonstrate experience in the fashion industry.

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).

- An advanced understanding and practical application of garment construction, pattern making and grading and critical path elements.
