- The core aspect of the position is to scale up Cult's offline business, while managing relevant resources to achieve cost efficient launches & develop profitable centers.
- The role will require working closely with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring on-time launch of centers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Central Program Management for launches of new Cult Centers (COCO)
- Handling the end-to-end life cycle from centre design to scaling up the center till 3 Months after launch.
- Will require analytical skills to deep-dive on center performance and draw insights to assist in the actions that need to be taken
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Projects & Real estate teams) to program manage entire launch operations. Will involve understanding & adhering to business cases, project planning & continued project monitoring to ensure on time launch.
- Work with stakeholders across product, ops, quality, growth to ensure preparedness of various aspects pertaining to tech readiness, audits, staffing and pre sales revenue.
- PnL ownership during launch & handover.
- Monitor and report progress of the launches and the required central processes to ensure time deadlines are met. Will involve deep integration with REW, Ops, HR, Marketing & Finance teams + great project management skills
- Working on key projects which can improve customer experience, reduce costs, shorten the time taken to launch a site etc.
