Work closely with tech teams to improve overall user &amp; partner experience &amp; deliver high experience solutions. 5. Build &amp; run a robust training &amp; development charter; build a culture of continuous improvement with regular intervention on the training &amp; upskilling activities for all team members 6. Drive process excellence charter; Own process design, control &amp; governance metric to ensure high-quality operation. 7. Define key requirements for improving operational workflows for internal &amp; external teams. Work closely with tech/product to deliver them in the desired timeline and impact. 8. Launch and scaleup business to multiple cities by the end of the year by working with multiple players. Who is this role suitable for? 1. Min 3-5 years of prior experience of managing operations teams at high growth start ups with a very high bent on handson hustle! &lt;Must have - hustle and agility&gt; 2. High focus on consumer experience. Has shown high rigour as a customer custodian in the past. 3. Background in operations, category development, new product development, fulfillment. 4. Experience in managing senior stakeholders across product, business, tech, ops functions.
