Key responsibilities: - Own an end to end Quality project in our fitness business - Work on all analytical requirements for the Quality/ Design team &amp; identify key insights/ -focus areas which can help in improving quality standards - Work closely with stakeholders &amp; leadership team to drive the Quality project. - Reporting, making dashboards, getting key insights and working on improving customer experience projects. Key requirements: - 2-3 years of work experience in customer Quality/ process excellence roles/ projects - High proficiency with SQL language and database management - Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Preferably a Six Sigma Green belt/ Black belt certified - MUST have a prior experience in SQL. - MUST have an advanced knowledge in SQL.
