Eg. customer emails, messages, social media posts, app messaging etc. Who is this role suitable for? - Interest &amp; prior experience for social media &amp; community-led engagement - Great communication - clear, articulate and expressive. - Creative mindset - should have the ability to capture the pulse of the audience. Identify &amp; build on the moments that matter. - High ownership &amp; hands-on execution. Should be willing to get hands dirty and build things from scratch. - High level of curiosity &amp; learning attitude. - Focus on details &amp; creating stellar output. - Prior Exp: 2-3 years in brand /social marketing.
